RACE-DAY REGISTRATION OPENS 7.30AM, SAT MARCH 13!
Race Day Registration: After March 10, you may still register on race day morning between 7:30am – 9:30am. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex accepted.
- Adult Race Day Registration: $40 per person
- Child (under 12) Race Day Registration: $25 per person
- Children under 4 are FREE
- Dogs are also FREE - but must be on a lease!
Whether you register online or on race day, please arrive early so you can check-in or register, receive your bib and enjoy the pre-race activities.
The Center will be open from 10:00AM - 5:00PM on race day. Once you have finished the course and collected your t-shirts, you are invited to visit The Marine Mammal Center and enjoy the many complimentary activities, food, drinks and tours that are taking place.
*Under 4's are not eligible for a free Run for the Seals t-shirt, however extra t-shirts can be purchased online during registration or on the day if available.
Commemorative RFTS t-shirts are available to fee-paying race day registrants while supplies and sizes last. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex accepted.

- 7:30AM: Check-in and race day registration OPENS
- 8:45AM: ROADS CLOSE!
- 9:30AM: 4-mile race starts, followed by the 2-mile route participants.
- 12:00PM: (approximately): ROADS OPEN. Vehicles will not be able to leave the race area until the race finishes and we are given clearance by the National Park Service and Park Rangers.
